btw, Tampines Mall Swensens has very bad customer service.
kindly take note of ur service attitude and efficiency hor.
dun get complacent when ur business is good.
and rmb a hungry customer is an angry customer.
so quit chatting at the counter and act as though u din see anything when a hungry (and angry) customer is waving at you from the table.
